68 Mustang Project - built engine - Trades

1968 Mustang Coupe project. Over $20,000 investment already there!

Started this project and am now not able to complete. Everything is ready to build a first class street machine: Shell, front end, rear end, and an incredible power train that will put at least 400hp under the hood. Each area is described below, but there is much more information available.

Needs sheet metal finished, paint and body work then reassembly

I will consider selling the following separately: the shell including the front end ($4000 or trade) the motor/c4 transmission ($4200 or trade) the AOD Transmission ($700) and the rear end ($650)

Shell

1968 Mustang Coupe from Texas. Originally a 6cyl, Automatic with factory AC. Completely disassembled and media blasted. Comes with $2500 in BRAND NEW sheet metal purchased in April from CJ Pony parts. Complete receipts from purchase available for inspection. Much of it is already mounted/installed. No powertrain in the car currently. Comes with all of the exterior parts that were worth saving (trim, grill, etc). I have all of the glass except the windshield

Engine
Incredible performance engine built by Rob Morris of Morris Engine Service in Edwardsburg, Michigan. 351W with all the best parts. Everything brand new other than the Block. Set up for 400 to 450HP. Complete build sheet and receipt available. Engine has NEVER been in a car since built in 2007. Absolutley 0 miles. Includes a C4 transmission with shift kit rebuilt by Camp Automotive in Battle Creek also with 0 miles. The engine is currently with Rob Morris having it gone over to be prepped for installation.Documented price of over $7000 for this package

Additional transmission: Professionally rebuilt Ford AOD transmission with 0 miles on it. Never been mounted and still has the seal on it from the rebuild. Includes dyno sheet from the rebuild.

Front End
Everything you need for a performance front end. All parts are lightly used. They were removed from a vehicle a few months use in order to install a complete Mustang II front end.

Parts include:Flaming River power rack and pinion,A-arms,Power disc brake setup
KYB Shocks,Koni Coils,

Rear End

2009 Mustang GT 8.8 Rear End. Approximately 3 miles on it. 3:55 gear ratio with Posi-Lock. Full Disc brakes included. Has calipers, rotors and pads. It was removed from the original car for an upgrade. Rated to handle up to 500HP. Would need to be altered, but can be done for around $500.

Trades ACCEPTED: Trades: I will consider trades. First of all, no bikes or boats. Must be even trade or partial with cash to me. If it is a car, NO MORE PROJECTS. Must be a solid driver needing little if any work. I am open to ideas here. Don’t be afraid to ask and don’t be upset to be told no. I may consider tractors with loaders and 4WD ATVs and UTV (Mule, Rhino, etc
