93 Mustang Coupe 9sec street car TURBO

1993 Mustang Coupe 363ci 78mm Turbo....This car started out as a 4cyl and was completely disassembled: all body panels, glass,interior and wiring. Then a complete Chrome Moley 8pnt (NHRA certifed to 8.50) was installed. To make every weld perfect the roof was cut off for access to the top bars and all corners were gusted, the cage extends through the floor to a skeleton under the floor boards and then ties into the sub frame connectors. The car was then painted Mercedes AMG silver inside and out, even the roll cage was base/ cleared. All new black interior was installed along with a set of racing seats, RJS 5pnt harness and window net. The car rides on all UPR race supsension. The best was put into this car and has exceeded my expectations...The engine, trans and rearend are rock solid with only 11 passes and 30 street miles. The rotating assembly is rated at 1500hp and the block 2000+....This car is still new! I do have a brand new parachute for the car, just havent had a chance to install it. The car has run 9.5's at 142+ letting out at 1100ft due to a loose converter and the rev limiter being to low, all of this has been corrected. the car has a fresh converter in it and the computer tune has been modified. Due to our raining weather here I have been unable to return to the track, The car is more than capable of running 9.2's at 150+ on just 18#'s of boost and the car will still take another 8#'s of boost for a total of 26# on race gas VP116. In cool weather and the boost turned up this car should be able to run 8.9-9.0's with no problems........
